Yorkshire's very own Wakefield Whirlwinds Wheelchair Basketball Club is West Yorkshire's longest running disability sports club in the West Yorkshire. We are a registered charity offering over four weekly Wheelchair Basketball sessions within Wakefield and are commutable from all areas of Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.
Founded in 2006, formerly part of Able 2, the Wakefield Whirlwinds wheelchair basketball club has been providing access to disability sport for generations. From giving it a go to producing some of the best players in the game Wakefield Whirlwinds can provide all of your wheelchair basketball needs.
